1. 24-Hour Booking Grace Period

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to give you peace of mind when booking.

We offer a limited window to cancel your reservation in the event of a booking error. This policy applies only to tours and activities explicitly marked as “Cancelable” on the booking page.

The 24-Hour Rule

You may cancel your booking for a partial refund provided you submit your request in writing within exactly 24 hours of the time the booking was made.

• Non-Refundable Fees: All eligible refunds are subject to a $25–$35 booking fee plus a 10% platform processing fee. These costs cover the non-refundable charges we incur from our payment processors and administrative staff.
• The “Hard” Deadline: Once 24 hours have passed since the moment of purchase, the booking is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including illness, travel delays, or personal changes).
• Last-Minute Bookings: If you book a tour that starts less than 24 hours from the time of purchase, the booking is immediately non-refundable and the grace period does not apply.

How to Cancel

To be valid, your cancellation must be timestamped within the 24-hour window and sent via:

Disclaimer: This cancellation policy only applies to tours and activities marked as “Cancelable” on the booking page. If your booking is not labeled as cancelable, it is 100% non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or no-show.

2. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

All tours operate on a strict schedule. If you are not at the designated meeting point at the start time, your booking will be marked as a “No-Show.” No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided for late arrivals.
