Remote Travel Sales & Affiliate Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent sales and affiliate manager to expand our international bookings. This role combines direct sales of premium tours with affiliate recruitment—you will help hotels, travel agencies, and other partners generate bookings while earning commission yourself.

This is a 100% remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to travel agencies, cruise operators, and tour companies worldwide.

Recruit hotels and local partners as affiliates to increase bookings.

Promote ReImagine Tours’ premium, VIP, and luxury tours.

Track leads, bookings, and affiliate performance; provide regular updates.

Identify high-value international markets and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in travel sales, B2B bookings, or affiliate management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Knowledge of international travel markets is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation:

Commission-based, uncapped earnings on both direct bookings and affiliate-generated bookings.

High-value VIP and international tours offer the potential for significant income.

Bonuses available for recruiting affiliates who actively generate bookings.
