ReImagine Tours — Tour Listing Permission & Partner Agreement

By listing any ReImagine Tours tours, activities, or services on your website, you agree to the following terms and conditions of this Partner Agreement.

ReImagine Tours grants the partner permission to feature and promote selected ReImagine Tours on their website, blog, travel guide, newsletter, or other approved online media.

1. Permission to List Tours

The partner may use the tour descriptions, information, photographs, and other promotional materials supplied or approved by ReImagine Tours for the purpose of promoting ReImagine Tours.

2. Booking & Pricing

Tours may be promoted with a direct link to the applicable ReImagine Tours booking page or through an agreed affiliate/booking arrangement.

The partner should display current tour information and pricing. ReImagine Tours’ website may offer the best available direct prices.

3. Accuracy

The partner agrees not to substantially modify tour descriptions or make claims about a tour that have not been approved by ReImagine Tours.

4. ReImagine Tours’ Rights

ReImagine Tours retains ownership of its tour content, photographs, trademarks, and other materials. Permission to use these materials may be withdrawn if they are used improperly or the partnership ends.

5. No Exclusivity

This permission is non-exclusive. ReImagine Tours may work with other websites, travel agencies, affiliates, and booking platforms.

6. Partnership

Both parties agree to represent the tours professionally and accurately. Any commission, referral fee, or other commercial arrangement will be agreed separately between the parties.

Acceptance

By listing or promoting ReImagine Tours, the partner confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.

Once published, the partner must notify [email protected] that they have published the tours, including the links to the listings on their site.
